Madeleine Simpson Regional Partner (Surrey, West Sussex, North Hants)
Born and raised along the verdant edges of Surrey and Hampshire, Maddy brings to her work a deep-seated appreciation for the region’s unique character. She embarked on her dynamic career in residential property as a prime house sales agent in 1990 and spent 10 years working predominantly in Fulham, before transitioning to become a luxury house developer in Parsons Green and Fulham, mastering the art of delivering unique homes that cater to discerning tastes.
In 2005, Maddy and her husband moved to Hampshire to raise their four children. Here, they invested in a classic Queen Anne house located on the outskirts of a village. Demonstrating her prowess in property development, Maddy embarked on an extensive renovation and expansion of the property, even adding a tastefully designed Coach House on the site of a previous one.
Parallel to her personal property projects, Maddy maintained a successful portfolio of residential investment properties, showcasing her ability to manage assets effectively while providing robust valuation and design advice. She immersed herself within the local community, establishing relationships through school events and children’s sports, before returning to being a sales agent for a prime national country house company.
Maddy’s extensive network of contacts, stretching across the three counties both in professional and social arenas, position her ideally to source off-market properties for her clients. Her extensive experience liaising with architects, planners, and contractors, paired with her expertise in developing both listed and non-listed properties, ensures that her clients receive the highest quality of advice and service.
In her free time, Maddy can be found exploring the scenic trails of the South Downs and Hampshire countryside, enjoying sailing holidays in the Mediterranean with her family, experiencing the allure of Chichester harbour for days out, or taking winter skiing trips.
